Since 2003 IDParts has strived to meet the particular needs of TDI owners, who often have difficulty finding the right parts, advice, and service. Our mission is simple - to provide quality parts at a competitive price, and to treat customers as we would like to be treated. That means responding promptly, listening to your needs, and packing/shipping orders promptly and with care. We test many of our products in our own cars, and welcome feedback from you.

IDParts.com was founded by Dan Simoes. Dan has been actively involved in the VW/Audi world since 1989, and has been operating the oldest online Audi enthusiast site since 1992.

In April of 2006 Peter Noble started operating the business out of Duxbury, Massachusetts. A lifelong car enthusiast, Peter's first new car was a 1978 Rabbit Diesel. He now owns several TDIs, and drives one on the racetrack regularly. His first TDI, a 2002 Jetta Wagon, was the source of his username on www.tdiclub.com, IndigoBlueWagon.

IDParts serves many customers in the USA and Canada, and regularly ship to western Europe, Africa, and Latin America. The relationships we have built with suppliers here and abroad has helped us obtain the best quality merchandise at the most competitive prices possible. We will continue to focus on keeping pricing competitive as we expand our product mix to include newer TDIs, and at some point, gasoline powered VWs.
