Sachs VR6 clutch kit mated with an IDparts 21lb, G60 single mass flywheel. This clutch will fit all A4 or A5 Jetta TDI, A4 Golf TDI and New Beetle TDI.

This clutch includes a new single mass flywheel and new pressure plate, clutch disk, and throwout bearing.

This kit is rated for 300 ft/lbs of torque and is stronger than the identical clutch manufactured by Valeo. The Sachs clutch disk has dual springs and the pressure plate has longer fingers than competing clutches.

Includes both flywheel and clutch bolts.

Original DMF had 330k miles on it and had separated causing a terrible vibration. Bought this to simplify and add some grabbing power for a future tune. Parts looked great. Flywheel DID have TDC mark on it. Went on with zero problems, great kit. Haven’t noticed any extra noise yet. To me, clutch feel hasn’t changed much between the old DMF and this setup. If you’ve been thinking about going with this kit longer than a day, just do it.

Not sure about the other review, but the flywheel I got did have the timing mark on it, though it was hard to see. I use bright red nail polish or paint stick to highlight the timing mark so it it easier to see.

Great product from a great company. No timing mark needed when you know the engines and understand there are other timing marks on the block.
