Cylinder head rebuild kit includes all the items needed to refresh the entire cylinder head. This kit is designed for high-mileage (300k+) TDIs and for those that suffered a timing belt failure.
This complete kit also includes our Cylinder Head Install Kit, which has all the items necessary for re-installing the head.
Included in this kit are the following items:
- 8 lifters/followers
- 16 Valve spring keepers
- 8 Valve guides
- 8 Valve guide seals
- Camshaft Seal (spring style)
- Head Bolts (OEM or Febi)
- Coolant flange for cylinder head o-ring
- 15 copper pinch nuts
- 1 Exhaust header downpipe gasket
- 1 metal exhaust manifold gasket
- 1 Metal EGR cooler gasket
- 1 Paper EGR gasket
- 1 Oil return line gasket
- 1 Intake manifold gasket
- 1 EGR to intake manifold o-ring
Cylinder Head Gasket is selectable as an option below. Please choose the correct size head gasket.
Intake Valves, Exhaust Valves and Valve Springs are optionally selectable below. Please choose the correct amount below.
Replacement Camshafts are also available as a selectable option below.
IMPORTANT: This kit does not include any items for removing and replacing the timing belt.
