IDParts Ships via UPS, FedEx Express and the US Postal Service. Shipping options and actual shipping costs are calculated at the begining of checkout. You do not need to enter any payment information or commit to an order to see the shipping options. Place all the items you wish to order in your cart then click on "Checkout", enter your shipping address then cluck submit. The website will calculate the box weight and all shipping options and actual costs and display all options on the following screen.

Product availability may vary and shipping dates and/or same-day shipping is not guaranteed. Generally, orders are shipped on a daily basis Monday-Friday using USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, and FedEx Express. Items in stock will be shipped as soon as reasonably possible and out of stock items are generally shipped 2-3 days after you place your order. We will notify you of any delays. Please contact us before placing an order if you have concerns or time deadlines. IDParts is not responsible for lost time and/or shop charges incurred due to shipping delays.

IDFree Shipping Program - the IDParts Free Shipping program begins at $50 and is dependent on weight. The free shipping weight threshold goes up with order value. If your order qualifies "IDFree Shipping" a free shipping option will be avaible. Our free shipping program includes the one initial shipment only and does not cover second shipments due to address mistakes. Orders placed with free shipping cannot be changed or added to, rather, we must cancel your order and ask you to place a new order.

Thursday Discount Express Program - orders placed between Wednesday 7PM Eastern time and Wednesday 3pm Eastern time qualify for a 30% discount on FedEx Overnight shipping. No other methods are offered as a discount as part of this program.

Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported with 14 days of package delivery. Damage and/or shortage item claims MUST be made within 14 days of the receipt of the shipment. IDParts will not be responsible for shortage and/or damaged shipment(s) once the order/shipment has exceeded the 14 day allowable limit.

Returns for refunds should be delivered to us within 30 days of the original order date, we are unable to process any refunds on orders more than 60 days old. Orders may be returned up to 90 days after original order date for store credit only. Orders over 90 days old cannot be returned.

No returns can be accepted without first contacting us by phone or e-mail. Any orders returned without notification cannot be refunded. Please read the following return guidelines carefully:

• All returned products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• All products must be returned in new condition in original packaging.
• Products damaged during return shipping are not eligible for refund so please ensure your return is adequately protected.
• Products that have been installed may not be returned.
• Refunds for returned products are lss any shipping, customs fees, or taxes, for outbound and/or return shipping.
• We will deduct any and all outbound shipping costs from the return value on all orders that qualified for free shipping.
• Electrical items may not be returned unless they are in their original box with security seal intact. If the procuts original packaging does not include a security seal then the product may not be returned.
• Special order items may not be returned under any circumstance.
• Tools CANNOT be returned, including all products from Metalnerd.

Core returns for refund must be made within 60 days of the original order date. Store credit can be issued for core returns on orders up to 90 days old. Core returns cannot be accepted on orders older than 90 days.

• All product cores must be returned in their original box. Refunds will not be accepted on cores that are returned without the original box.
• All injection pump cores must be returned fully assembled with all components intact. Disassembled cores or cores missing components will not be refunded.
