IDEAL Shipping Program - orders over $25 may qualify for our IDEAL Shipping Program. IDEAL Shipping compares the weight of the order with the value, or cost, of the order. Based on that calucation you may be offereed a discounted, or some times free, IDEAL Economy, IDEAL 3-Day Delivery or IDEAL 2-Day Delivery.
For any IDEAL Shipping method, IDParts will select the carrier that can reach your location in the most efficient manner. IDParts may choose any carrier, incluing US Postal Service, Federal Express, UPS and others. Orders submitted using IDEAL Economy may not ship same-day and may take up to 7 days to be delivered. In the case of 3-Day and 2-Day delivery, IDParts will priority pack your order and choose whichever method that will reach your location within the 2-Day or 3-Day window. Sorry, we cannot ship via IDEAL Shipping to PO Boxes.
 IDParts can ship via UPS, FedEx Express and the US Postal Service. Shipping options, actual shipping costs and any applicable shipping discounts are calculated at the begining of checkout.
Product availability may vary and shipping dates and/or same-day shipping is not guaranteed. Generally, orders are shipped on a daily basis. Items in stock will be shipped as soon as reasonably possible and out of stock items are generally shipped 2-3 days after you place your order. We will notify you of any delays. Please contact us before placing an order if you have concerns or time deadlines. IDParts is not responsible for lost time and/or shop charges incurred due to shipping delays. Shipping is not guranteed in the case of adverse events, including instances of severe weather or other disruptions.
International Orders - IDParts ships worldwide via USPS, FedEx and UPS Ground. IDParts cannot guarantee shipments sent via USPS and cannot reship orders that appear lost/missing through the Post Office. Depending on country, the customer is responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges upon delivery.
Thursday Discount Express Program - orders placed between Wednesday 7PM Eastern time and Thursday 3pm Eastern time qualify for a 30% discount on FedEx Overnight shipping. No other methods are offered as a discount as part of this program.
Damage/Shortage Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported with 14 days of package delivery. Damage and/or shortage item claims MUST be made within 14 days of the receipt of the shipment. IDParts will not be responsible for shortage and/or damaged shipment(s) once the order/shipment has exceeded the 14 day allowable limit.
