Days in Transit - time in transit, or days to delivery, are based on Monday-Friday business days and DO NOT include Saturdays, Sundays or any Federal Holidays. This means, for instance, that an overnight placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
Order Cutoff - Same-day shipping IS NOT guaranteed. Orders shipped via UPS Ground must be placed before 3:00 PM Eastern or will be shipped the following business day. Orders shipped using IDEAL 3-Day Delivery or IDEAL 2-Day Delivery, or any UPS Air or FedEx Express must be placed by 4:30 PM Eastern or will be shipped the following business day. Our shipping warehouse is located on the East Coast, so all shipping times are based on Eastern Time.
Severe Weather - Shipping is not guranteed in the case of adverse events, including instances of severe weather or other disruptions either at the IDParts warehouse or with any of the shipping carrier services. IDParts does not operate during States of Emergency or any time conditions are deemed as dangereous to our employees.
International Orders - IDParts ships worldwide via USPS, FedEx and UPS Ground. IDParts cannot guarantee shipments sent via USPS and cannot reship orders that appear lost/missing through the Post Office. Depending on country, the customer is responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges upon delivery.
When you select an IDEAL Shipping method, IDParts will select the carrier that can reach your location in the most efficient manner within the timeframe chosen. IDParts may choose the US Postal Service, Federal Express, UPS or other local carriers to deliver your order.
Please understand that IDEAL Economy is an economy service, may not ship same-day and may take up to 7 days to be delivered.
Order shipped using IDEAL 3-Day Delivery and IDEAL 2-Day Delivery are packed first and sent via a method that will reach your location within the 2-Day or 3-Day window respectively and carries a delivery guarantee.
IDEAL Shipping methods cannot be sent to PO Boxes in the US or Canada. If you submit a PO Box as your address, your order may be delayed or lost. IDParts is not responsible for any delays caused by orders submitted with PO Box delivery. In addition, if one or more of the major carriers do not deliver to your address then IDEAL shipping cannot be used. For instance, if the Post Office does not deliver to you, you must choose UPS or Fedex.Please be smart when choosing a delivery method. If you know a carrier does not deliver in your area, do not choose them. In cases of rural address delivery please include BOTH your physical address and PO Box on your shipping address.
In addition to the IDEAL methods, IDParts can ship via UPS, FedEx Express and the US Postal Service. Shipping options, actual shipping costs and any applicable shipping discounts are calculated at the begining of checkout and all available services will be offered to you. The $4.95 shipping promotion is valid for IDEAL Economy only and it not applicable to any other method. Other methods will be billed at their rates displayed at the time of order.
Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported with 14 days of package delivery. Damage and/or shortage item claims MUST be made within 14 days of the receipt of the shipment. IDParts will not be responsible for shortage and/or damaged shipment(s) once the order/shipment has exceeded the 14 day allowable limit.
Replacement items can be only be shipped to the original delivery country! This means, for example, if you live in Canada but choose to pick up your order in the USA to save on shipping we CANNOT ship to your address in Canada if a correction is required. This policy is based on international trade law, no exceptions. PLEASE CHECK THE CONTENTS of your order prior to crossing an international border.
