*NEW 2019 DESIGN*

New upgraded fitting with a stronger spring-loaded mechanism and an easier to use, clear hose.  Not only is it easier to screw onto the DEF fill port, the spring-loaded mechanism stops flow when it is disconnected from the fill port - this means NO SPILLING!  The new clear hose makes it easy to monitor fluid flow and makes it much easier to swap adapters for different bottle sizes!  It also features an inner vent tube to speed up the filling process.

This filling hose for DEF/adblue attaches to the fill port on the AdBlue/DEF tank.

Comes with two adapters for the larger European (liter) bottle spout and smaller Domestic (gallon) bottle spout.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, it has a patented fitting at the car end that prevents DEF from pouring out until it is secured to the DEF tank port.
The bottle thread adapter can be pulled off. Heating the end of the hose with a hair dryer on low or some warm water will make removing the adapter easier.

What our customers say...

I'm going to give this filling system 5 stars even though I've made a mess in the trunk of my Passat nearly every time I've used it. The end that attaches to the car fits firmly and works perfectly every time but the other end that fits into the bottle often leaks and sometimes just pops off. This has happened with several brands of the 2.5 gallon jugs including AdBlue, the brand I bought here from IDParts which seems to be unavailable here at this time. I'm going to say this is because of the bottles or jugs being too lightweight and flimsy, it is not the fault of the filler hose design. I accidently discovered that the 1 gallon Heinz white vinegar bottle is made much more substantial and with the thicker plastic, it connects securely and I'm finally able to refill my car without spilling a drop of DEF.

Works great. No spilling or getting on hands, car or clothing. Makes filling with the 10l jugs a very simple and easy task. Self burbs the jug until the vehicle's AdBlue tank is full, at which point it stops. Only issue was no instructions on how to change the end that screws onto the jug.

coil it up and store it on top of your spare tire. being on a road trip and having your DEF light come on saying you have 1000 miles left then suddenly 200 miles later the warning states you have 100 miles left before your car shuts down in the middle of northern maine is some bullshit.

Do yourself a favor and order this. Plugs right into any of the 2.5 gallon DEF box container and connects nicely to the OEM def fill spot in the 2015 Jetta. No spills! Considering the OEM fill bottles of AdBlue are $20 for 1 liter, this will pay for itself after you have to fill twice.

Mandatory for today\'s diesels! Hook it up, set it on something higher than the port, walk away. If the tank fills up before the bottle is empty, just lower the container, let it drain back and unscrew with very little spilling out (Have a rag handy).

Works great on both my Sprinter RV and my VW TDI. Whatever method I would try before there was always spillage or dribbling, with this hose I can do it without spilling a single drop.
