Cylinder head rebuild kit includes all the items needed to refresh the entire cylinder head. This kit is designed for high-mileage (300k+) TDIs and for those that suffered a timing belt failure.

This complete kit also includes our Cylinder Head Install Kit, which has all the items necessary for re-installing the head.

Included in this kit are the following items:

• 8 lifters/followers
• 8 Valve guide seals
• Camshaft Seal (spring style)
• Head Bolts (OEM or Febi)
• Coolant flange for cylinder head o-ring
• 15 copper pinch nuts
• 1 Exhaust header downpipe gasket
• 1 metal exhaust manifold gasket
• 1 Metal EGR cooler gasket
• 1 Paper EGR gasket
• 1 Oil return line gasket
• 1 Set of intake manifold gaskets
• 1 Set of EGR Seals
• 8 Injector Rocker Bolt
• 10 Journal Cap Bolt
• 1 Set of camshaft bearings
• 1 Tandem pump gasket

Cylinder Head Gasket is selectable as an option below. Please choose the correct size head gasket.
