It does exactly what it says it does, although the installation is a bit wonky. Coverage is good, and I love the oil drain acccess port. That is the reason I bought this over the Panzer plate. The tabs on the access plate hole that you have to remove are easy to take off with a grinder or hack saw and clean up easily with a file. The mounting system either wasn't thought out that well, or was designed to accomodate too many applications (IMHO). There are lots of unused holes in random places and some even match the OEM cover, but serve no purpose (other than to possibly drain water). It would have been nice to be able to re-attach the side skirts to something also. They are just kindof hanging there now. I will have to see if they flap around in the wind and may figure out some way to attach them to the skid plate. Also mentioned in passing in the directions is the ability to put your OEM cover over/under (somewhere?) in addition to this plate with some creative trimming. I was hoping to be able to do this to get some of the sound deadening material, but I found no way to make this work. I tried with both the OEM above and below and there was no way either was going to work. I will just have to order some sound deadening material and apply it to the plate. Overall it's fine, but I definitely don't think it's worth what it cost.
