Intake manifold for the Mercedes 2.1L 4-cylinder diesel mercedes models. Also fits Sprinter models produced before 09/2015 .  Includes inner and outer seals and new flap motor preinstalled.

This manifold is plastic and is prone to cracking, resulting in a charge/boost pressure fault code.  Additionally, the flap motor can fail resulting in a P200A75 fault.

2015 is a split year for Sprinters. Production date must be checked to verify fitment. Please contanct us with your VIN if you are unsure of your production date.

To replace the intake manifold you must drain the coolant.  This is a good time to replace the thermostat.
