The part works well, but be advised that is has a narrower pinch cradle than OEM and you don't re-use the pin and bushing to secure the glass to the mechanism like OEM. There is a tab that fits into the hole in the window glass and it does take some finessing to get everything to lock in, but then it's go to go. I used a rocking motion and adjusted the height to get the tab to clip and lock in. Unfortunately the included instructions make no mention of not re-installing the bushing and pin into the glass like OEM, but it's from China, so I guess that is to be expected.
