Severe Weather - Shipping is not guranteed in the case of adverse events, including instances of severe weather or other disruptions either at the IDParts warehouse or with any of the shipping carrier services. IDParts does not operate during States of Emergency or any time conditions are deemed as dangerous to our employees.
International Orders - IDParts ships worldwide via USPS, FedEx and UPS Ground. IDParts cannot guarantee shipments sent via USPS and cannot reship orders that appear lost/missing through the Post Office. Depending on country, the customer is responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges upon delivery.

Orders with items that are backordered/not in stock will be delayed until all items arrive and the shipment can be sent complete. Unless otherwise specified, delivery time is measured in Business Days and does not include holidays or weekends. This means, for example, a order shipped on Friday via Next-Day Air will be delivered on Monday. A 2-Day air shipment shipped on Thursday will be delivered on Monday. Any holidays that fall within the transit days will cause an additional day to be added to the delivery time.
Saturday Delivery is a special service that you must call to request. It is not available in all areas.
Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported with 14 days of package delivery. Damage and/or shortage item claims MUST be made within 14 days of the receipt of the shipment. IDParts will not be responsible for shortage and/or damaged shipment(s) once the order/shipment has exceeded the 14 day allowable limit.
Replacement items can be only be shipped to the original delivery country! This means, for example, if you live in Canada but choose to pick up your order in the USA to save on shipping we CANNOT ship replacement items, including warranty items, to your address in Canada. This policy is based on international trade law, no exceptions. PLEASE CHECK THE CONTENTS of your order prior to crossing an international border.
IDEAL Shipping is the IDParts.com discount shipping program which will offer you significant savings on shipping costs. All with a physical delivery address (no PO Boxes) within the contiguous United States qualify our IDEAL Shipping program. Read about the different IDEAL Shipping options below.
Standard ShippingStandard shipping is our economy shipping program. It may be delivered different delivery companies, including UPS, Fedex and the Post Office. IDEAL Shipping methods cannot be sent to PO Boxes in the US or Canada. If you submit a PO Box as your address, your order may be held until a physical address is provided to us. IDParts is not responsible for any delays caused by orders submitted with PO Box delivery. In addition, if one or more of the major carriers do not deliver to your address then IDEAL shipping cannot be used. For instance, if the Post Office does not deliver to you, you must choose UPS or Fedex.
IDParts has worked with our customers in Canada for over 10 years and we have multiple options for delivery. All prices are in USD. For small orders under $50 we recommend using the Post Office whenever possible. Priority Mail will take approximately 7-10 days to get to you and will be delivered by Canada Post typically without any additional fees to pay. For larger orders we recommend using our IDEAL Canada program.
About IDEAL CanadaIDEAL Canada is offered on orders over $50 to all provinces except Newfoundland and Labrador. Orders shipped via IDEAL methods will be charged Sales Tax (HST/GST) and Border Fees at time of checkout. Fees vary by province and products ordered. Sales tax or border fees are NON REFUNDABLE charges and cannot be refunded if the order is returned.
Notes for Canadian Customers Delivering to USA: we will accept most orders from Canadian customers who are having their order delivered to a pickup location stateside. PLEASE NOTE that if you require a warranty claim or other replacement shipment we can ONLY reship to a US address and CANNOT ship to your address in Canada.
In addition to the IDEAL methods, IDParts can ship via UPS, FedEx Express and the US Postal Service. Shipping options, actual shipping costs and any applicable shipping discounts are calculated at the beginning of checkout and all available services will be offered to you. Promotional shipping is valid for the IDEAL Shipping Program only and it not applicable to any other method. Other methods will be billed at their rates displayed at the time of order.
