Please be smart when choosing a delivery method. If you know a carrier does not deliver in your area, do not choose them. In cases of rural address delivery please include BOTH your physical address and PO Box on your shipping address.


Severe Weather - Shipping is not guranteed in the case of adverse events, including instances of severe weather or other disruptions either at the IDParts warehouse or with any of the shipping carrier services. IDParts does not operate during States of Emergency or any time conditions are deemed as dangerous to our employees.

International Orders - IDParts ships worldwide via USPS, FedEx and UPS Ground. IDParts cannot guarantee shipments sent via USPS and cannot reship orders that appear lost/missing through the Post Office. Depending on country, the customer is responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges upon delivery.

Product AvailabilityItems shown as IN STOCK on will be shipped as soon as reasonably possible. Orders with items that are backordered/not in stock will be delayed until all items arrive and the shipment can be sent complete. will notify you of any delays via email.

Damage, Shortage or Incorrect Items

Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported with 14 days of package delivery. Damage and/or shortage item claims MUST be made within 14 days of the receipt of the shipment. IDParts will not be responsible for shortage and/or damaged shipment(s) once the order/shipment has exceeded the 14 day allowable limit.

Replacement items can be only be shipped to the original delivery country! This means, for example, if you live in Canada but choose to pick up your order in the USA to save on shipping we CANNOT ship replacement items, including warranty items, to your address in Canada. This policy is based on international trade law, no exceptions. PLEASE CHECK THE CONTENTS of your order prior to crossing an international border.

Days in Transit

Time in transit, or days to delivery, are based on Monday-Friday business days and DO NOT include Saturdays, Sundays or any Federal Holidays. This means, for instance, that an order placed on Friday and shipped via overnight delivery will be delivered on Monday, or, a order placed on Thursday and shipped via 2-day air will also be delivered on Monday. Saturday delivery may be available upon request, please call our office during business hours to request Saturday delivery.

Order Cutoff

In order to qualify for same-day shipping of your order please submit your order before the same-day shipping cutoff. All times are Eastern time.

About IDEAL Shipping

IDEAL Shipping is the discount shipping program which will offer you significant savings on shipping costs. All orders over $25 with a physical delivery address (no PO Boxes) within the contiguous United States qualify our IDEAL Shipping program. Read about the different IDEAL Shipping options below.

IDEAL $5 Standard Shipping
IDEAL Standard shipping can take 5-7 business days for delivery and may be delivered by different delivery companies, including UPS, Fedex and the Post Office.

IDEAL FREE Standard Shipping on $200+ w/ Garage Vehicle!
Customers that have saved their vehicle(s) to their garage may qualify for free Standard Shipping on orders over $200. Customers who use the garage feature have much lower rates of ordering mistakes, so take advantage of this program and ensure your parts are right by saving your diesel to your IDParts Garage. You must have an account to qualify - customers that use guest checkout, Express Checkout or do not have a vehicle saved do not qualify for this offer.

IDEAL $10 3-Day Delivery
Orders that quality for $5 Standard shipping also automatically qualify for $10 3-Day Delivery.

IDEAL 2-Day Delivery
Some orders may qualify for our IDEAL 2-Day Delivery. IDEAL 2-Day orders and are packed first and shipped via a method that will reach your location within the 2-Day window. Pricing varies.

NEW! $5 IDEAL Plus Delivery
Customers that have saved their vehicle(s) to the garage may also qualify for IDEAL PLUS Delivery that offers express shipping for just $5. If your order qualifies for this method it will be presented to you along with the shipping time at checkout. This program is limited to certain geographical areas only.

IDEAL Shipping methods cannot be sent to PO Boxes in the US or Canada. If you submit a PO Box as your address, your order may be delayed or lost. IDParts is not responsible for any delays caused by orders submitted with PO Box delivery. In addition, if one or more of the major carriers do not deliver to your address then IDEAL shipping cannot be used. For instance, if the Post Office does not deliver to you, you must choose UPS or Fedex.

IDEAL Canada Economy

(Delivery to Canada Only) Orders shipped via the IDEAL Canada Economy option are shipped once per week on Tuesday, however all orders must be submitted before 5PM Monday to ensure Tuesday shipment. Accordingly, if your order is placed on Tuesday it will be shipped the following tuesday.

IDEAL Canada Economy shipping is available on all orders over $25. IDEAL Canada Economy customers pay 12% of the order total for all border fees, which includes all taxes, duties and entry fees. Please understand that IDEAL Canada Economy is an economy service and delivery time may be longer than you are used to.

Shipping Carriers

In addition to the IDEAL methods, IDParts can ship via UPS, FedEx Express and the US Postal Service. Shipping options, actual shipping costs and any applicable shipping discounts are calculated at the begining of checkout and all available services will be offered to you. Promotional shipping is valid for the IDEAL Shipping Program only and it not applicable to any other method. Other methods will be billed at their rates displayed at the time of order.
