Get rid of the plastic turbocharger resonator with this custom billet aluminum replacement. If you own a 2004-2006 first-generation Sprinter, chances are you've been stuck on the site of the road when the stock plastic turbocharger resonator broke apart. Over time, the plastic becomes brittle and the glue holding it together fails, usually when the engine is at a high load, such as on the highway.
This billet aluminum replacement will last forever. Since it is a straight-through design it does not have the sound dampening feature of the stock resonator, but we could barely hear the difference in our van ourselves.
