It was pricey, but I went for the dealer part. It just seemed like a bad idea to mess around with buying cheap stuff for the brakes. Btw, I had to replace the hydraulics, because after almost a decade in storage, the brake fluid went bad. It had become a white chunky precipitate that blocked passageways. Anyway, the new master is super nice. I would recommend a new reservoir too, but then mine was full of white chunks, so maybe only I needed a new reservoir.
