Used this part on a 2012 golf Tdi with 260000 miles on the clock. Got a flashing glow plug light car went into limp mode and got a check engine light with code PO45E egr valve 2 stuck open. Changing this part was a royal PITA it’s worth it to completely remove passenger side drive axle to allow more access to everything I did not need to remove lower subframe to change this out or to remove it. The replacement of this part completely solved my problem. Part arrived double boxed in perfect condition, a factory original part as described. For how much work it is to change I would not risk purchasing an aftermarket part
