Becoming a preferred customer is easy! Simply select your diesel in the My Vehicle area at the top of the page and then click "SAVE" when prompted! Your diesel will be saved in "My Garage", located in My Acccount. Customers who have saved their vehicle will automatically be shown the correct products when they login and be upgraded to preferred customer status!

Customers who spend over $500 over a 12 month period willl be upgraded to Preferred Plus status. Customers who spend over $1,000 over a 12 month period will be upgraded to Preferred Premium Status

Plus and Premium Status benefits are valid for 12 months from the date they were earned. After 12 months the account will be re-evaluated for Preferred Status.

Preferred customers will be offered a Free Ground Shipping option during checkout on orders over $200. Free shipping will be carried by the most economical option and delivered by UPS, Fedex or USPS. Preferred PLUS and Preferred Premium customers will also be offered discounted Expedited and 2-Day shipping every day. These offers are valid for shipment to the Contiguous United States only. Sorry, PO Boxes are not eligible for any Preferred shipping.

Preferred Premium customers get free return shipping on core returns.

The IDParts preferred point program rewards our preferred customers with Preferred Points for every IDParts.com purchase! Preferred points can be accumulated and used on another purchase at a later date!

Yes, product core charges will earn the normal point value. However, points will be deducted when the core is returned. Please see below regarding Product Returns.

Earned Points: Your earned points balance will be deducted for any products returns for refund or store credit for the value of the points earned on that product when purchased.

Redeemed Points: Any products returned that were purchased in part or in whole with Preferred Points will have their points redemption restored to the customer account BEFORE any refunds or store credits are issued.
