Stuff to Know
- An IDParts expert will call the phone number you provided during sign up at the time of the appointment. If we miss you we will try again in 2 minutes and then at 5 minutes. If we cannot reach you during those three attempts you will need to schedule a new call.
- Calls are scheduled every 15 minutes and will need to end on time so we can meet our commitments to other customers. If we cannot answer all of your questions in one call simply schedule another one and we'll pick up where we left off!
- While we will share all the information we can, there are from time to time some questions or problems we may now know the answer to.
