For those who are unhappy with the height of the VW Jetta this is a good solution, although the \'towing\' option is not one I would recommend since they raise the car too much; as it is the stock Passat Wagon springs in the rear of a VW Jetta are just fine, in fact, they may lift the rear end a bit more than desired, much like the habit in the 50s to jack the rear end of a car up to suggest speed. One will a suspension (McPhearson style) coil spring compressor to fasten them onto the standard shock absorbers. The recommendation is that one use a B6 Bilstein shock, too.
