Built to order set of rotary pump TDI (1Z, AHU, ALH) injectors with your choice of upgraded Firad & Bosio injector nozzles. These injectors have been professionally rebuilt to order and calibrated with new nozzles by Bosch service centers on Bosch equipment. Fully tested and ready for immediate installation.
Nozzle Options:
- Bosio DLC 520: nominally the same size as .205s, but the DLC coating dramatically lowers internal friction - allowing the fuel injector to open and close much faster. This ensures optimum injection timing and fuel flow, and the increased durability means a longer service life when used with ultra low sulphur diesel fuel.
- Bosio PP 764: big upgrade for stock TDIs, best used in cars that are modified (larger turbo, exhaust, etc.) and tuned to accomodate this nozzle's fueling. If used in a stock car you can expect about a 25 HP and 50 ft/lb. increase in power.
- Bosio PP 520: Significant upgrade in fueling for ALH TDIs. They are nominally the same size as .205s, but flow more fuel because of superior tip design. Work well in a stock TDI, providing about a 15 HP and 25 ft./lb. power increase.
- Bosio 442/706: OE sized replacement for stock ALH engines with the 5-Speed transmission.
Fits all 1997-2003 TDI models. 2003 models require a different electrical connector, so please specify if your TDI is a 2003 model in the dropdown below.
Core Deposit
There is a core deposit of $600 for these injectors. This will be refunded when your assembled, rebuildable (not damaged) injectors are accepted by the Bosch service center for refurbishment.
Please remember to swap the banjo and bolt from the third injector onto the new injectors before sending your cores back.
A prepaid USPS return label and box can be added to the order for $10 below. This return must be dropped off at a USPS post office in the contiguous USA.
