Bypass the viscous heater and remove the problematic fan and clutch with this delete kit.  This kit includes a new serpentine belt which allows you to bypass the viscous heater pulley and a new idler pulley to replace the fan clutch pulley and give the belt enough clearance to follow the new path.

Note: this will remove your clutched fan!  While the CRD is very thermally efficient and most can run without a fan without issue this kit it is not recommended for those who tow or live in hot climates and have not installed an electronic fan.
