Please be smart when choosing a delivery method. If you know a carrier does not deliver in your area, do not choose them. IDEAL Methods, including Economy, Express, and Canada cannot be used with PO Boxes. In cases of rural address delivery please include your physical address on line one and PO Box on line 2 of your delivery address.

IDParts, LLC is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to incomplete or inaccurate address information or if a carrier is chosen that does not deliver to your area. IF YOU HAVE A DEADLINE OR SERVICE APPOINTMENT, PLEASE NOTE THAT IN THE COMMENTS SO WE CAN CONTACT YOU IF WE ANTICIPATE YOUR ORDER MISSING THAT DEADLINE. Severe Weather - Shipping is not guaranteed in the case of adverse events, including instances of severe weather or other disruptions either at the IDParts warehouse or with any of the shipping carrier services. IDParts does not operate during States of Emergency or any time conditions are deemed as dangerous to our employees.

International Customers - IDParts ships worldwide via USPS, FedEx and UPS Ground. IDParts cannot guarantee shipments sent via USPS and cannot reship orders that appear lost/missing through the Post Office. Depending on country, the customer is responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges upon delivery.
