This engine block rebuild kit includes all the items to refresh the lower end of your BEW motor. Recommended for high mileage TDIs, this kit addresses all the wear points, bearings and seals plus replaces (or upgrades) the oil pump. This kit is best used in conjunction with our cylinder head install kit as it does not include any items for reinstalling the cylinder head.

10 Crankshaft Main Bearing Bolts
1 Front Crankshaft Bolt
1 Connecting Rod Bearing Set
8 Connecting Rod Bolts
1 Oil Pump (new pickup tube available)
1 Oil Pump Pickup Tube O-Ring Seal
2 Oil Pump to Pickup Tube Bolts
1 Oil Pump Sprocket (BRM Upgrade Available - increases oil pressure at low RPM)
