Sensor core G235, exhaust gas temperature sensor (or EGT) located in the exhaust manifold before the turbocharger compressor. Referred to as "Bank 1 Sensor 1" in the ECU.
Used on all 4-cylinder common-rail engines in the 2009+ Jetta TDI, Golf TDI, Sportwagen TDI and Beetle TDI and Audi A3 TDI. For both CBEA and CJAA engine codes.
