This upgrade to the upper intercooler pipe fits in the stock location with no bodywork trimming, although removal of the bumper cover and headlight is required for installation. The silicone hoses provided may need trimming to fit properly, as each car is a bit different. The pipe can be drilled for a boost valve quick release connector if desired.
The pipe is sized to fit the stock upper intercooler hose. We do not yet have a tested product for BEW engines, and we have not tested this pipe on a New Beetle.
Will not fit vehicles with the upgraded 5.5L washer bottle.
Please note the MAP sensor fitting is a special order add on.
